Elysium provides exclusive access to premium private experiences, limited-edition collections, and bespoke lifestyle curation services. To use our platform or services, you must be at least 21 years of age and possess full legal capacity under your jurisdiction.

Users may be required to create an account to book or purchase from Elysium. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

All content including text, imagery, design, branding, and proprietary materials published on Elysium are owned by Elysium or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from Elysium.

In no event shall Elysium, its affiliates or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Elysium during the 12 months preceding any claim.

Elysium reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access services ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County.
